Lift the Cap

Since 1990, there has been a cap on oil spill liability that limits an oil company's liability to $75 million. This cap is ridiculous and outdated, and needs to be removed. 

The Senate is currently considering a proposal to lift the cap -- please send your senators an email with the form below, and ask them to support lifting the cap on oil spill liability.
