BREAKING - Supreme Court Rules on CO2

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA is in fact empowered to regulate tailpipe CO2 emissions under the Clean Air Act. For years, the EPA has denied the right to limit these emissions, known as one of the top causes of global warming. Now, the EPA must take a closer look at the issue.
