According to the Washington Post, industry lobbyists representing air polluters helped write the actual text of her proposal, which aims to hamstring EPA in regulating green house gas emissions.

After nearly a decade of a Bush EPA denying they had any ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions -- even after the Supreme Court clarified they did -- we finally have an agency ready to do the right thing.

But this Senator from Alaska wants to undo all the good -- and we can't let her. So call your senators, and ask them to 'oppose the Murkowski amendment on the Clean Air Act'.
